ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Air Canada Vacations uses a third party content provider to provide some enriched
cruise information. We make every effort to ensure that the information described
online is current and accurate and updates are published on our website when new
information is made available. However Air Canada Vacations cannot be responsible
for any inaccuracies or omissions contained herein. Information contained herein is
provided as a guideline only and should be verified directly with other available
sources.

Credit Card Payments:
Your use of your credit card number to apply deposit and final payment indicates
your acceptance of and compliance with these booking Terms & Conditions,
whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate credit card slip.
Verbal authorization for the use of a credit card confirms the reservation.
Air Canada Vacations reserves the right to cancel your booking if full payment
is not received by the scheduled due date. Unless you or your travel agent is
notified in writing that your booking has been automatically cancelled due
to insufficient payment, your booking remains confirmed and full payment is due
as per Air Canada Vacations’ payment schedule outlined below.

Travel Documents:
It is the passengers’ responsibility to obtain information and
to have in their possession all the required documentation to travel
(such as passports, visas where applicable, etc.) required by the relevant
governmental authorities. Failure to have proper travel documents will result
in denied boarding and automatic cancellation of your cruise package without refund.
Prior to making a booking and for more information on mandatory travel documentation, see:
http://www.aircanada.com/en/travelinfo/before/traveldoc.html
http://www.voyage.gc.ca/

Electronic Ticketing:
Air Canada Vacations uses electronic ticketing for cruise arrangements.
Receipt of payment/booking confirmation is issued once payment has been received.
Upon receipt of full payment and all applicable fees, electronic tickets will be issued
between 30 and 14 days prior to departure. For reservations made 7 days or LESS
prior to departure, e-tickets will be made available within 24 to 48 hours.
For reservations made on the day before departure, your travel documents will be issued
within an hour of booking.

Insurance:
Air Canada Vacations strongly recommends the purchase of an all-inclusive holiday
insurance package (trip cancellation & interruption & classic medical travel insurance)
offered by RBC Insurance or other sufficient traveller’s insurance. Government health plans
have severely cut back their coverage of out-of-country medical care. For more information,
please see http://www.aircanadavacations.com/en/travel_information/travel_insurance
